Relationship Building: Leverage your existing connections in the personal development realm to secure top-tier speakers.
Coordination: Manage logistics and communication with all summit experts to ensure smooth execution.
Strategic Growth: Play an active role in driving the expansion of our audience and impact.

💼 Compensation
Hourly Rate: $35/hour for up to 40 hours per week.
Bonuses: Generous tiered bonus structure based on the email list size built from summit experts.
