Class A delivery driver needed at our Eugene, Oregon location. We are a seasonal company with heavier hours in the summer but have work all year round. Seeking driver with current medical card and good driving record. Please reply with a resume and include at least three references. Looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in delivery is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver product to the customer, which includes loading and unloading and validating product sales receipts are
accurate before finalizing sales.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for delivery as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
