QCM needed for Multi year Federal Maintenance Project.
This not a new construction contract
TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Control Manager typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Work closely with Project Manager, FSM, SSHO, GOV, subcontractors and QCI Staff
• ALL aspects Quality Control Inspection and documentation of Service and Maintenance work
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required to complete the project.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Government Contracts and Personnel a MUST.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager working federal projects.
Construction/Service/ Maintenance trade experience- basic knowledge.
QCMC Certification
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
• OSHA 30 a bonus
• Enforce all regulatory, base and company specific safety rules.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow procedures and schedules, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team environment and fit in with company culture and processes.
• Effective professional oral and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and values that are above-reproach.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills.
