Job Summary:
Fidelity Funding, a Nationwide Direct Lender/Broker located in the San Gabriel Valley, is seeking experienced Loan Officers with their own book of business as an Outside Loan Officer you will receive the highest compensation up to 300 Bases Points. You also have the option to receive company-supplied leads at different compensation. Your primary responsibility will be to convert these high-quality leads as well as your own referrals into satisfied clients. You will initiate the mortgage origination process, analyzing and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship: Build rapport with both existing and potential borrowers, aiming to exceed customer expectations and create a positive experience.
• Loan Product Analysis: Assess borrowers' financial situations and advise them on the most appropriate loan product.
• Leads Management: Handle new leads and live inbound calls efficiently, converting them into successful loan applications.
• Loan Structuring: Accurately structure and price loans to fit the needs of clients.
• Document Collection: Request initial documents from borrowers and submit a complete paperless loan package to the processing team.

Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Proven experience in mortgage servicing or a related financial services field is preferred.
o Minimum of one year of full-time loan origination experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of underwriting processes and credit analysis techniques.
o Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
o Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations relevant to mortgage lending.
o Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) focused on customer service.
o Experience with financial software tools for loan management is desirable.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Licensing:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one approved state license through NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) required.

Additional Details:
• Compensation:
o Base salary range: $48,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
