Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing service details.
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently to customer locations.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide service updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information using CRM software.
- Support marketing efforts by explaining service plans, promotions, and upselling relevant pest control solutions.
- Collaborate with the field team to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
✅ Required:
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a home services or pest control business).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
✅ Preferred:
- Experience in a pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or other home service industry.
- Knowledge of pest control service plans, treatment processes, and local regulations.
- Familiarity with dispatching software or appointment scheduling tools.
