We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents as they arise. The Armed Security Officer will play a crucial role in loss prevention and conflict management, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Responsibilities
-Monitor and operate surveillance the store to detect suspicious activities.
-Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
-Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
-Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
-Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
-Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
-Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
-Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.
Qualifications Needed:
-Must have guard card and fire arms permit.
-Must have their own fire-arms and tactical gear to use while on duty. Fire arms must be fully registered.
-Must have over 6 years experience as an Armed Officer.
-Must be willing to work with law enforcement and management team.
-Must be professional and punctual.
Shifts Available:
Wednsday through Sunday 2pm to 10pm
PAY RATE IS $25/HOUR
