Join a startup marketing agency in Long Beach specializing in the residential construction industry. We're seeking a talented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our growing portfolio of builders, contractors, and construction-related businesses.
Position: Part-Time Marketing Assistant
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Location: Long Beach, CA (hybrid - office/remote)
What You'll Do:
-Manage and create content for clients' social media platforms
-Update client websites with project photos and construction updates
-Write and edit marketing copy for construction projects and services
-Create and organize digital asset libraries of construction projects
-Support email marketing campaigns for contractors and builders
-Track social media metrics and prepare client reports
-Assist with brand development for construction companies
-Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
What We're Looking For:
-1-2+ years of marketing experience
-Strong writing and editing skills
-Experience with social media management
-Proficiency in Canva and basic photo editing
-Experience with Meta Business Suite for social media management
-Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
-Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress or Squarespace)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Basic understanding of social media analytics
-Knowledge of AI applications a plus
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Construction industry knowledge a plus
