Position: Part-Time Sales Support Representative
Hours: Approx 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Location: Long Beach, CA (hybrid - office/remote)
What You'll Do:
- Follow up with incoming leads and schedule consultations with potential clients
- Assist with preparing sales presentations and property assessments
- Maintain our CRM system and track client communications
- Support senior sales staff during client meetings and property visits
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Basic understanding of real estate or construction (ADU knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation required for occasional site visits
