Mountain Music in Oakland CA is looking for a string instrument repair tech with experience, Perform all aspects of string instrument repairs on customer-owned instruments to specifications. Must be knowledgeable with setting instruments to spec, working with gauges, we get a little of everything in must be able to adapt and figure out different bridges, saddles, tuners, necks etc.....
Maintain store inventory by providing needed repairs and tuning as needed. Build/repair custom parts guitar projects.
Continually build the business through great customer experience by providing consistent, high-quality work. Handle customer service issues as needed. Enter repair information into the store point of sale system.
Organize, maintain, and manage repair area.
