Office Administrator
Audio Visual Firm in San Diego seeks an organized, detail oriented, highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone that would like to grow with our company as we expand. This job requires a quick learner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the following areas:
• Administrative support for several departments in a small office environment (i.e. Sales, Installation, P/L Reports, etc).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with Quick Books and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with Prevailing Wage processes – helpful but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great at Multi-tasking.
Compensation dependent on experience.
