Job Title: AM Manager
Department: Operations
Shift: 6am – 3pm (with 30 – 60 minute lunch)
Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
▪ Training new and current employees for potential growth.
▪ Completing Ordering/Inventory of food and equipment.
▪ Preparing cash drawers, completing till audits and creating and delivering deposits.
▪ Scheduling regular and emergency maintenance and cleaning requests.
▪ Contributing to Sales goals by managing food cost, mitigating waste and controlling labor percentages.
▪ Demonstrate exemplary operations skills, including making quality products for our customers and ensuring each delivered product meets Makai standards.
▪ Responding to all customer concerns or issues.
▪ Understanding and complying with all Health and Safety Audits.
▪ Enforcing disciplinary action when needed.
▪ Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and managing a regular cleaning schedule.
Qualifications
▪ High School diploma or GED
▪ 1 Year customer service experience
▪ 1 Year management experience
