We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting office tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires prior experience in a similar position and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule and manage client appointments.
Perform preliminary data entry into tax forms (training will be provided).
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with general office duties, including copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the reception area and office are clean and well-organized.
