We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also managing existing client relationships. Duties:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Administer benefits options and provide clients with detailed information about available products.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
-Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and share best practices.
-Utilize multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse clientele when necessary.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales administration or outside sales, preferably in insurance or retail sectors.
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
-Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
-Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is advantageous.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
