A 35 year established Los Angeles based telecommunications sales and service company seeks a self motivated lead salesperson to head sales for our company. This role offers a unique opportunity for the right individual to work from home with flexible working hours. The position is contractor-based, with a pay structure that starts at $400 a week base pay plus a generous 50% commission of the sales first 3 months of a client service plus 10% commissions on all contractor wiring projects that come with most sales. Average wiring projects range from $500-$5000 with large projects running into the tens of thousands.

A California licensed Voice, Data, Audio and Video Contractor now selling our services nationally. The sky is the limit here for the right person so if you are an experienced salesperson you can earn $50K-$80K + with our team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of our services and communicate their benefits effectively to clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Create and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to target markets.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Engage a minimum of one hour daily to social media platforms and forums to grow our exposure.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
