Reception/Administrative Assistant
Brian’s Cabinets, Central Oregon’s largest custom cabinet manufacturer is looking for a full time receptionist/administrative assistant. We are searching for a qualified person to take ownership of our showroom and provide support to our Controller and sales/design team. Our employees have a terrific work ethic, are adaptable, have great attitudes, and value integrity and teamwork.
Our ideal candidate will:
• Welcome clients, vendors and visitors with a friendly, positive approach
• Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and routed accurately and professionally
• Maintain the showroom and office areas, keeping them clean, well-organized and supplied
• Provide administrative support including photocopying, filing, creating sales orders, maintaining and inventorying samples
• Be efficient, dependable and self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
