Meet the team:
Glydways is looking for an outstanding product designer to join the Design team and build phenomenal end to end rider and operator experiences. Our unique product offering presents entirely new experiences both for the rider and the team of operators managing our systems. Join a team forging a new path for autonomous mass transit as we develop completely new solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research and design multi-sensory experiences for riders & operators
Research, test, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
Translate complex systems and user needs into effortless rider and operator experiences
Communicate UX concepts using low and high fidelity deliverables
Work in a loosely structured organization, while delivering high-quality work efficiently
Strong collaboration and leadership skills working with engineering and product teams to deliver great experiences
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10+ years of experience designing applications
Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
Creative and innovative problem solving
Proficient in modern design programs; Figma, Photoshop, or other design tools
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California is expected in the range below.
$150,000-$205,000 USD plus stock options, commensurate with experience
