Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team. This position combines Front of the house/Runner/Barista. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. About Us:
We are a new concept coming to the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco. We will provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere. We are opening early February, and will be open Tuesday through Sunday, 8am-3pm.
What you'll do:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive, friendly experience.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Handle payments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure consistency in beverages quality and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
What We're looking for:
Passion for coffee, smoothies, food and excellent service.
Previous experience in a retail or quick service fast food restaurant environment is preferred.
Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
