Your main tasks will include:
* Check-in and Check-out patients.
* Answer Phones and Schedule Appointments.
* Perform Insurance Verification Coverage.
* Collect information related to their visit.
* Collect co-pays.
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Operate a computer and standard business software.
* Other daily tasks to support the front office.
* Assist Authorizations Coordinator.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a Medical Office
* Experience in Family Pact Program / HMO / PPO Authorizations
* Bilingual English - Spanish
