Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and establish BioRender's first Deal Desk. In this role, you'll collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to optimize pricing, quoting, and deal structuring while ensuring compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities:- Deal Structuring and Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to structure and analyze deals, ensuring alignment with profitability and compliance goals.
- Quote to Cash management: Work in CRM, ERP, CLM, and CPQ tools to streamline deal lifecycles, ensuring accurate data entry and pricing configurations.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine deal desk policies to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability, leveraging automation where possible.
- Client Invoicing Support: Partner with finance and sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, addressing discrepancies and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure all deals comply with company policies and legal standards while managing required approvals.
- Project Management: Drive cross-functional projects to implement new tools and processes while facilitating customer product activation
What You Bring to the Table:- 3+ years in deal desk, finance, or related roles (e.g., pricing, contract management).
- Proficient in Salesforce; experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus).
- Familiar with CMS and eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM integration.
- Strong technical acumen for analyzing and implementing software solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
- Detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in subscription-based or SaaS models.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and pricing strategies.
