HanMaru Mart, a growing retailer specializing in premium Korean foods, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role covers both offline (in-store) and online (e-commerce) customer interactions. Responsibilities:
For Offline (In-Store):
• Greet and assist customers visiting the store with product selection and inquiries.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Handle in-person customer feedback and resolve issues as they arise.
For Online (E-Commerce):
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist with online order processing, including tracking and returns.
• Provide product recommendations and resolve order-related issues.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service (retail and/or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Korean food and culture is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to both offline and online workflows.
