Supervise all daily operations of the company as a general construction firm. Prepare and present reports to the Chief Executive Officer regarding the performance of the company, including productivity, project details, client retention, expenses, and budget compliance. Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business including setting performance goals. Analyze company’s operations and pending construction projects to evaluate performance of the company and its staff in meeting objectives including project completion deadlines and determine areas of potential cost reduction and project improvement. Perform employee reviews and develop corrective action plans if needed. Appoint department heads and assign responsibilities to them. Direct and approve human resources activities.
