Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong and reliable individual to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a construction background (preferred but not required), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role offers a permanent career path with room for growth.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Good driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Flexibility to work weekends when needed
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
• Construction experience is a plus
• Veterans are encouraged to apply
What We Offer:
• Comprehensive training starting at $17.81/hr
• Minimum $145/day after training, with plenty of overtime and additional earning opportunities for doing multiple jobs.
• Typical workdays are less than 8 hours, but you’ll still be paid for a full day
• Full-time position with the opportunity to start immediately
• Use of company vehicle and tools
