Sherman Oaks Multi-Media Marketing Agency is seeking a Freelance Marketing Coordinator position to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional or recent college graduate who is eager for knowledge and creating relationships?
The successful candidate will:
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Word & Excel
• Knowledge of Constant Contact and Mail Chimp
• Social Media Management: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Create, manage and monitor social media management
• Attend Trade Shows
• Assist with sales literature and marketing campaigns
• Assist with sales goals, events, and other duties as required.
• Target and generate new business opportunities for company growth
• Attend and represent company at various networking events
• Identify and establish new accounts
• Interact with clients
Qualified candidates will have:
• Agency/industry account experience
• Strong understanding of the account services advertising and excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with lots of different personalities and clients
• Pro in the Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• You are willing to work longer hours when required to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
• Ability to demonstrate expertise in account management, building and managing existing relationships, and creative thinking in developing opportunities. Brand-building experience is a big plus.
• Ability to manage budgets.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
