Maintenance Mechanic
Pay: $30 - $40 per hour ($62,400 - $83,200)
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm
*Role is in Oxnard for a Food & Beverage company.
Knowledge and Skills
• 3+ years technical experience in the food or beverage industry
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance program development, implementation, and prioritization.
• General project management skills.
• Ability to understand technical issues and understand impact on projects, and effectively communicate these issues and impact to direct reports
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred

Summary: Maintenance personnel are responsible for conducting maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility, including factory equipment, machinery, and overall plant maintenance. Duties include preventive maintenance program activities, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems and supporting the facility to ensure maximum production quality and quantity while supporting company objectives.
