Looking for highly motivated self starters who can work and excel in a scratch kitchen. We are currently looking for a sautee cook, and grill cook for our dinner service. We are Also looking for experienced breakfast cooks to work on our Saturday and Sunday brunch service. Ability to work multiple stations is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a line cook
- have and show knife skills
- follow health department procedures and practices
- know how to prep, read recipes and execute, along with working in a timely manner
- Serve Safe card holder
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Skilled in plate presentation
- Meeting and following chef’s standards in the kitchen
- Breaking down whole fish and butchery a plus
- Experience in baking and deserts
- Understands proper cooling and heating procedures
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Must speak and write English
Compensation: depending on experience
