Client is in Winnetka (San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles) and we're looking for a provider who lives close by for ~140 hrs/month. No men please, as dressing help ay occasionally be needed. Looking for a primary english speaker due to client's auditory processing issues. Client is in her thirties and on the autism spectrum. She is ambulatory disabled and need a 420 friendly and LGBTQ allied provider who is organized, stable, self motivated, and has clean, reliable, insured transportation.
Must be a responsive and effective communicator. Duties include daily help with chores, helping her stay on task, getting her to doctors appointments and helping her run errands. She will occasionally need extra post operative help, as she is scheduled for several surgeries for her chronic conditions.
Schedule is Tues Thurs Sat and Sunday 10am-7pm.
In the first two weeks there will be training on Wed And Fri for part of the day with primary caregiver.
We have 143 hours a month for a second provider and you'd be coordinating her care with her primary caregiver. Please be punctual, intentional and responsive with your application.
