Position: Front Staff
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Hours: Part time
Pay: $17.28 an hour
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front area, including light cleaning duties.
Learn and operate the juice machine and smoothie machine.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
Uphold El Bacano's standards of excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
Requirements:
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Ability to wear multiple hats and jump in wherever help is needed.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
