We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to build and lead our growing sales and telemarketing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll develop and implement sales strategies while directly contributing to their execution and optimization.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $23-30/hour (Based on Experience)
• Performance bonuses and commissions
• Salary review with potential increase after 30-90 days based on performance
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and test effective telemarketing scripts and cold-calling strategies
• Create and implement field sales processes for targeting electrician businesses
• Design and execute training programs for both telemarketing and outside sales teams
• Recruit, hire, and manage sales team members
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales processes
• Lead by example through direct participation in sales activities
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven sales experience
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with sales software
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and their business applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Results-driven mindset with analytical approach
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in telemarketing or outside sales
• Background in B2B sales, particularly in the electrical or construction industries
• Prior sales team management experience
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
