experienced Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. With a focus on fast-paced takeout service without compromising on quality, El Bacano promises an exciting and rewarding work
environment for passionate individuals.
Position: Experienced Cook
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Hours: Part time
Pay: $17.28 an hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Dominican dishes with speed and precision.
Ensure all dishes meet El Bacano's high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Demonstrate excellent plating skills, showcasing the culinary artistry of our dishes.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
Strong ability to excel in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Exceptional plating skills to enhance the visual appeal of our dishes.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Valid food handling certification is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Dominican cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques is a plus.
