DescriptionNICOLEHOLLIS is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Creator to launch, elevate the digital presence and support the NICOLEHOLLIS Interior Design social media presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing all social media strategies, producing compelling content, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms for both the Interiors and Product teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in luxury product marketing, design, or retail with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand positioning, and content creation for high-end interiors and furniture/product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the NICOLEHOLLIS brand and product vision.
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, luxury design conversations, and competitor activity to inform content direction.
- Define KPIs and engagement goals, analyzing performance to optimize future content strategies.
Content Creation & Storytelling- Create and curate high-quality, visually compelling content, including:
- Short-form videos
- Lifestyle and product photograph
- Behind-the-scenes brand storytelling
- Artisan and craftsmanship features
- Design inspiration and mood boards
- Develop and write captions and marketing copy that reflect the brand's tone and aesthetic.
- Partner with the creative team to shoot and edit original content for multi-platform use.
Influencer & Community Engagement- Build relationships with design influencers, architects, and tastemakers to enhance brand credibility.
- Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach and negotiations to campaign execution and reporting.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries.
Paid & Organic Media Management- Work with the marketing team to develop paid social campaigns to drive awareness and conversion.
- Create sponsored content collaborations with key design media partners.
- Ensure seamless integration between organic content, PR initiatives, and paid strategies.
PR & Media Coordination- Support the PR team with content creation for press placements and editorial features.
- Assist in media submissions, award applications, and product launch events.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
Campaign & Launch Support- Lead social media efforts for new product launches, pop-up events, and artist collaborations.
- Develop pre-launch teaser content and launch-day activations.
- Align content with seasonal marketing campaigns and showroom promotions.
SKILLS, CORE COMPETENCIES, & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSkills- 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing for luxury products, interiors, or fashion.
- Strong proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar software).
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media use.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for brand storytelling and editorial voice.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and performance analytics tools.
- Experience working with influencers, PR teams, and digital partnerships.

Physical Requirements- This position will be working in a typical office setting, with no extremes in temperature or lighting
