Job DescriptionL&D Development Specialist III Remote
Summary: They will support the PD Scaled Ops team to improve delivery operations and process efficiencies. The Ops Specialist will work on special projects, coordinate faculty, session logistics and manage other operational aspects while supporting PMs on operationalized programs. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically and adapt quickly. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios, and able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities: - Manage Faculty coordination and scheduling
- Define and document processes
- Audit and strengthen foundation of program operations
- Support scheduling, demand planning/ allocations and session tracking for in-person and virtual learning experiences
- Support day-to-day operations to drive programs for PM
- Develop and enhance technology tools and tech-enabled processes
- Lead process optimization initiatives including implementation and change management
- Recognize and propose solutions for organizational inefficiency and pain points
- Bring in the right stakeholders (with guidance) to appropriate work streams to ensure cross-team alignment while also driving to results
- Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams
- Communicate key information, milestones, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders proactively
- Maintain integrity across all project deliverables
- Understand CSOD and Workday LMS capabilities
Requirements: - 6+ years experience in strategy and operations, data and analytics, consulting, learning and development
- Project management experience leading projects end to end
- Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, demonstrating strategic thinking about trade-offs, setting clear expectations, and delivering results in that meet established goals
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Fast learner & self-starter
- Experience defining requirements for, building and/or implementing technology-based tools & processes
- Proficient in Excel, experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in gSuite, especially Google Slides and Sheets
- Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, with careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines for ad hoc requests.
Preferred Qualifications: - Event coordination experience
- Data analysis acumen
- Experience in Learning Program Operations
- CSOD or Workday LMS credentials
- Experience managing an outsourced vendor relationship
- Experience with creating macros, pivot tables, vlookup, analytical capabilities and workbook
- PMP
Pay range is $60 - $65 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
