Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Growth Strategies is a sales and marketing executive who is experienced in home care, hospice and/or private duty care. This leader is responsible for the development, education, and professional growth of our direct sales force, as well as for the ideation and creation of resources, strategies, materials, and programs designed to support admissions and revenue growth. Additionally, this role is focused on the development of new sources, channels, and opportunities by offering resources, expertise, and program innovation. The role requires strong curriculum development and communication skills, as well as a commitment to servant leadership and the know-how to rally the business development team behind goals, new programs, and new opportunities. The position works remotely with regular travel to agency and home office locations.
Responsibilities - Identifies growth opportunities across lines of business and markets, working with leadership to maximize admissions, revenues, and growth potential.
- Builds, delivers, facilitates, and enables custom educational and training curriculum and resources/tools to accelerate sales performance (onboarding, ramp, and retention).
- Provides education, strategies, resources, and coaching to sales leaders and team members in pursuit of company growth goals.
- Analyzes market, company, CRM, and sales team data to identify opportunities for improvement, intervention, and/or overhaul.
- Proactively implements company-wide, zone, division, and regional initiatives, bringing real solutions to challenging situations and capitalizing upon opportunities.
- Develops growth tactics and collaborates with business lines to deliver solutions across the continuum of care.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10+ years of healthcare business development experience, with track record of progressive management experience
- Experience in the home health, hospice, and/or community-based health care market preferred
- Experience in curriculum development and sales training required
- Demonstrated leadership competencies with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and to connect with clients and stakeholders in a clear, confident and and concise manner.
