Our products are prominently featured in major retailers across North America. Located in Downtown Los Angeles, we're a growing company seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations person to oversee and optimize our operational processes. This in-office role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in logistics and operations within the consumer products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Chargeback Resolution: Address and resolve retailer disputes and freight claims promptly to maintain strong partner relationships.
• Freight Scheduling: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery in line with client requirements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy.
• Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and container
receiving forms.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all products meet studio authorization standards before shipment.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of all operational activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics or operations, preferably within the consumer products industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SPS Commerce (EDI) is preferred; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Documentation: Experience with Bills of Lading and retailer compliance forms is essential.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Work Schedule:
• Full-time, IN OFFICE position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
