We are looking for a committed, punctual, organized and motivated Estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our residential and commercial projects. This role requires you to communicate and collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure that bids are both competitive and profitable.

• Basic Mathematical Principles (e.g. multiplication, division, geometric formulas, etc) to compute calculations for take offs
• Communicating with subs and vendors

• Must Speak and Read English
• High School Diploma
• Driver’s License Required
***At least 1 year experience in the construction environment
WORK HOURS: MON - FRI / 8am to 4:30pm w/ 30 min lunch
