The WW Amazon Private Brands Marketing Organization is seeking a Detail Page imaging quality assurance leader to sit at the intersection of creative and production to raise the bar on imaging production across all worldwide Detail Page images. This role is part of a global creative team of designers, production designers, copywriters, and design program managers who combine talent, expertise, and customer obsession to create compelling and memorable brands for products that customers love and prefer.
They will be responsible for leading the end-to-end quality assurance for all Amazon Private Brands Detail Page images, with a primary focus on maintaining exceptional visual standards across all images. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing scalable audit processes to evaluate thousands of product images efficiently and consistently including reviewing and approving imaging themselves. Working in close partnership with global imaging studios, they will serve as the quality guardian, ensuring strict adherence to imaging guidelines while maintaining production speed. The role requires proactive monitoring of quality metrics, identifying emerging trends in defects, and implementing preventive measures in collaboration with partner teams. They will identify image defects, and will escalate to partner teams for resolution.

They will have a track record of developing and implementing new processes that enhance creative workflows while maintaining high standards. And they will be comfortable operating independently, knowing when to drive solutions autonomously and when to escalate to leadership, all while building effective partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key job responsibilities
• Work directly with the Creative Directors to understand and implement imaging quality standards
• Own the creative quality assurance of Amazon Private Brands Detail Page images as measured against imaging standards
• Develop and implement processes to enable quality assurance audits at scale
• Build strong partnerships with global imaging studios to enable defects to be resolved quickly
• Identify defects on both new and existing Detail Page images, and escalate to the right team to resolve
• Develop Detail Page imaging quality metrics to track on a monthly basis
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of creative quality assurance and digital production experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality control processes at scale
- Strong visual design sense and understanding of design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Clear communication skills for delivering constructive feedback
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Proficiency with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom)
- Experience analyzing quality metrics and creating actionable improvement plans
- Success partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage high-volume workflows
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency and/or basic knowledge of Figma
- Expertise in art direction, photo briefing, and on-figure and off-figure photography
- Knowledge of UX and front-end web design processes and best practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
