Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals, particularly children, to assess and implement behavioral interventions that promote positive outcomes. Your expertise in behavioral health and patient care will be essential in providing high-quality support to our clients and their families. Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in diagnostic evaluations and contribute to the development of treatment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding behavioral health issues and interventions.
- Stay informed about best practices in special education and behavioral analysis.
Position Details:
- Location: Inland Empire, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Use Rethink Behavioral Health to create, track, and analyze client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure quality care.
- Provide services in Spanish, supporting clients and families as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA/BCaBA certification (required).
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Experience using Rethink Behavioral Health software (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

- After school
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
