We are looking for a maitre d' with at least 2-5 years experience, who can map, forecast, and push to maximize seatings. Fluency with resy is a plus. The maitre d' will lead our host team and guide the flow of the restaurant, working closely with MODs. Maitre d' is one of the most important rolls, you interface with all of the guests and are a representative of the company. Hospitality is all about gracious welcome, it is important that our maitre d' understands and embodies that.
