In need of a Handyman / Coordinator to monitor the construction site of a single family home and communicate daily with homeowner. This is a part time (25 hours/week) contract position with flexible hours that may lead to full time for the duration of construction, about 1 - 1.5 years. Any construction supervision experience is helpful but not necessary.
1. Co-ordinate with security gate personnel for subcontractor access and be the point of contact
2. Receive deliveries from suppliers and assist with loading / unloading
3. Clean driveway daily and ensure site and the surrounding area are always clean, per association requirements.
4. Assist sub-contractors to fill dumpster with left over material
5. Secure site at end of day
