About the Role: We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Representative to join our onsite team in Newport Beach. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll handle inbound customer calls and chats, assist prospective customers with questions about our service, and help guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll also interact with landlords to verify rent payments—an essential step that ensures the accuracy of the data we report to the credit bureaus.
What You'll Do:
Respond to inbound phone calls and chats from customers and prospective customers
Provide clear, helpful, and friendly support
Walk customers through account setup and help troubleshoot issues
Reach out to landlords to verify rent payments and lease details
Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
Work cross-functionally with our operations and data verification teams
What We’re Looking For:
Recent college graduate (all majors welcome—communication is key)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and phone support systems
Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
Reliable and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
