About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving PRG’s growth. You’ll connect with business owners, explain the value of our services, and guide them through the settlement process. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, persuasive communicator who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Engage with provided leads to the introduction of PRG’s services.
✅ Effectively communicate PRG’s debt settlement services.
✅ Conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
✅ Manage client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
✅ Set appointments, review the PRG proposals, and close deals.
✅ Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and strategy sessions.
✅ Maintain accurate records in PRG’s CRM system, tracking key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
✅ Strong communication & presentation skills (phone, Zoom, in-person).
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
✅ Cold-calling experience and a hunter mentality—you know how to build a pipeline and thrive on closing deals.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and CRM systems.
✅ A highly competitive, success-driven attitude with a desire to grow and earn earn significantly.
Bonus: If you have prior experience in financial services, business consulting, or debt resolution, that’s a plus!
