El Cariso Golf Course "19th Hole Restaurant" Cook
Under direction of the F&B Mgr and Head Cook, the Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking standard golf course food menu items while maintaining Health Dept cleanliness standards. Grilling, frying, and food prep. The cook will also be responsible for stocking, organizing, and work area clean up, and helping with the restaurant bar operations as barback and general cleaning and bussing.
Part-Time. FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY mornings
Plus Swing shifts/Event support. Must have flexible schedule.
Weekends and Holidays.
Good attitude and Customer Service-oriented necessary.
Must have valid "ServSafe" certification
Live Scan Background Check and Drug Screen performed
Must have proper papers -
Drivers License and Soc Sec Card
or Green Card or Permanent Resident Card or US Passport

Essential Job Functions:
Cook and prepare menu items including banquet selections.
Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, kitchen.
Store and prepare foods in accordance with health department regulations.
Will work in cooperation with others in the kitchen to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests and a great place to work for our employees.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Must have valid ServSafe certification, or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
1 year experience cooking in a casual or fast casual restaurant.
Must have proof of employment eligibility and a valid social security number.
