Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Proficiency with roof mounts, penetrations, and flashing installation
- Experience working safely and confidently on roofs
- Running and bending conduit with proper attachment methods
- Installing and wiring inverters and solar arrays
- Troubleshooting common electrical issues in residential solar systems
- Battery installation experience (a plus!)
- Strong team spirit and commitment to collaboration
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $25–$40/hour, based on experience
