Seeking Pressure Washer for Property Management Company
• At least 2 years of experience working in residential homes is a plus
• Maintenance experience is a plus
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST
• Friendly, professional, and great communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• Experience with Yardi App a plus
• Monday through Friday
* Company van and power wash tools provided
* Work on a two-man crew and sometimes independently
* Assist in monitoring the water pressure amount used
* Mix chemicals that are used in pressure wash machine: Red APC degreaser & Dawn Soap
* Help maintain equipment in safe and good working order
* Submit daily report by property using the Yardi App
* Ensure every day that proper safety is used while performing duties to ensure Tenant and your safety
