We are a full- service renovation and restoration company/general construction firm. We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, and mold.
Project Manager:
This position will be responsible for Project Management related work for restoration clients. Including overall management of subcontractors, costs, scheduling, performance decisions, and field construction oversight throughout project. This is a very fast-paced job and requires excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills are a must. A valid driver’s license is required with good driving record. A background check will be required upon offer of employment.
• Day-to-day management of several projects
• Daily documentation of work progress (photos), notes and communication.
• Develop and monitor project schedule
• Client communication
• Project invoicing and securing payment.
• Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills.
• Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to including vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain relationships with Adjusters, Property Managers, Owners and Office Team.
• Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in design process and permit submittal
Requirements and Abilities:
• Residential construction trades experience as a Project Manager-insurance industry a plus.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to manage many budgets and schedules
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Required to use personal protective equipment when necessary, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting-up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work outside normal business hours.
