Putting the consumer at the center of everything we do is critical to our success and executing flawlessly is expected from our members and our clients. We are seeking a Business Analyst as part of the OptumRx data governance team. This position will support all lines of OptumRx business to help drive marketing operations quality improvements, with an emphasis on data quality assurance process and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and executes quality assurance processes to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are in compliance and being adhered to
- Increase communication and campaign project accuracy rates and reduce quality risks by auditing data files and associated marketing communication project material(s)
- Document key quality success measures related to accuracy and timeliness of data governance reviews and associated projects
- Monitor performance and quality control plans to review and identify any issues or ways to improve data quality associated with member and provider communication projects
- Must be able to communicate with stakeholders and SMEs on marketing communications projects to determine their needs and give clear instructions on any remediations needed on the reviewed marketing communications and data that drives it

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years marketing communication experience, or related field, with an emphasis in quality and procedures
- General proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrates solid attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to complete analysis and/or escalation to resolve non-standard requests and complex problems
- Proven excellent communication skills to partner across a wide range of key business partners and stakeholders to elicit and validate information to document project requirements and associated project workflows / process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- PBM experience
- Workfront experience
