Rapidly-growing Commercial Cleaning Company Regional Master Franchisor

The qualified candidate will report to the Regional Director and work in close collaboration with the owners of the company.
Principal responsibilities:
- Execute monthly customer/franchisee billing
- Manage A/P and A/R workflow
- Process bi-weekly Payroll
- Manage the company’s general ledger
- Monthly management reports/Financial statements
- Liaison with the company’s bank and outside accountant
You should have the following experience and attributes:
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Tech savvy, capable of mastering new software quickly and easily
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- Associate degree in accounting preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a bookkeeper role preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong personal initiative
- Ability to keep sensitive company information confidential
- Works independently but can manage up and down
- Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, positive, energetic person with a can-do attitude
- Proficient in QuickBooks/Online, Microsoft Office Suite [esp Excel/Word], Google Drive/Sheets and enterprise accounting systems
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Must be bilingual in English-Spanish
