DescriptionThe RoleWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our US practice, to support and lead elements of work within our projects, both client facing and internal. As a Senior Consultant at Incendium, you will deliver client projects independently to a high standard, whilst using your knowledge and technical ability to make an impact across the business.
Previous experience within procurement will be highly beneficial.
In such a role the candidate will be expected to deliver work independently across a range of client engagements, build strong relationships and be an integral part of the team, sharing learnings, knowledge and experience.
We encourage a positive balance to hybrid working. As consultants we are client facing much of the time and therefore typically work partly at client offices or from our own office locations depending on your location. Remote working is an important part and the balance between the three working environments varies greatly depending on the assignment.
What will you be doing?- Be responsible for leading areas of a project
- Develop high quality work products for clients that require limited inputs and revisions including managing others' outputs
- Manage the analysing data process, develop observations and present findings with recommendations on next steps, to support presentations to clients
- Prepare client presentations with limited supervision
- Support key client
- Use technical skills to support client engagements
- Developing a strong internal and external network and using this proactively to highlight new project opportunities
- Play a key role in driving internal initiatives
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing

- Conduct data analysis, develop insights, and present findings to clients independently.
- Build and analyse financial models and prepare presentations with minimal supervision.
- Support client meetings and manage day-to-day client project activities.
- Document best practices, market insights, and emerging trends in real estate and facilities management.
- Lead proposal development with team input and develop business cases to create client value.
- Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous but not required.
Procurement Expertise:- Extensive experience in large real estate, FM, and project services procurement (technical, commercial, and holistic).
- Proficiency in process design and public sector procurement.
- International procurement expertise and commercial model development.
- Experience with relational contract models, including Vested, benchmarking, and market knowledge of key players.
