What You'll do:- Responsible for technical design, development, testing, implementation and support of SAP security roles and FIORI roles, across all SAP landscapes including the Cloud based applications that are interacting with the core system.
- Responsible for security integration including data masking and logging across standard FIORI and other low code/no code products.
- Architect and implement application security model for the new SAP cloud environment
- Research, design, develop, test, document and implement security solutions for SAP cloud applications
- Maintain written procedures for security and compliance activities and provide thought leadership to design and implement industry best practices for application security solution.
- Work with the functional, development, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and have all possible details captured to develop the solution for application security.
- Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings.
- Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved, and completed according to DoD standards. Including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support identifying risks and designing the SOD (Segregation of Duties) Matrix.
- Provide support for users with security-related problems and assist functional and technical teams with troubleshooting critical issues, as it relates to security roles.
- Develop and execute test plans for security enhancements.
- Administer solution that facilitate user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization, and reporting based on business needs, industry best practices, and audit/regulatory requirements by working with functional team and business role owners.
- Develop centralized process for SAP security role administration in a multi-instance environment.
- Refine existing methodology to update specific security activities and responsibilities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies.
- Require working outside of standard work hours to resolve high priority incidents or provide production cutover support.
- Any other duties by the management team.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Active DoD Top Secrete security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance (no dual status))
- Security+ certification required
- Preference given to candidates with experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs SAP solutions
- 20+ years experiences in SAP application security role management with implementation projects or production support environment
- 15+ year experience in SAP security integration with SAP and non-SAP systems including data masking and logging across the landscape
- 5+ years experiences in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI role development
- Hands on experience in SAP IDM and GRC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience developing custom load jobs to perform mass update of roles, role to privilege mappings and role assignments to users
- Remote position but candidates must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$130,207.00 - $183,055.00
