We are looking for a licensed PHYSICAL THERAPIST who enjoys an outpatient/orthopedic setting and is a compassionate person. You must be committed to act as our patient’s partner throughout the journey of restoring motion and ensuring that the patient will function at their personal best. Our goal is to maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the areas of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention and rehabilitation for each one of our patients.
We are an outpatient physical therapy office treating orthopedic and sports injuries, pre-and post-operative care, geriatrics, and injury prevention. We have locations throughout Southern California (Glendale, Long Beach, San Bernardino, Palmdale).

RESPONSIBILITES:
As a Physical Therapist/ PT, you will:
• Assess and understand a patient’s condition, injury history, and develop a treatment plan accordingly
• Recommend specifically tailored options to each patient and courses of action to ensure progress is safe and works for patients
• Implement latest proven modalities that restore function, reduce symptoms, and frequency, and prevent injury
• Evaluate, measure performance and document patient’s progress
• Help patients to improve movement and manage pain
• Build patient relationships and rapport
• Adherent to ethical and legal standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduate and/or at least one-year experience within physical therapy environment is preferred
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in CA
• Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
• Solid understanding and practice of hands-on therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities, and deliver a positive customer experience

Job Types: Full-time or Per Diem
Benefits: Medical, $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time
Pay: $45 to $55 per hour – Depending on Experience
