Position Summary
The Partnership is seeking a self-motivated, creative Program Assistant who will provide a high level of administrative and organizational support to the New York/Fairfield County, CT legal program. In addition, the Program Assistant will support the Director of Marketing with education projects. We are looking for a strategic thinker brimming with ideas and energy who wants to utilize their attention to detail and apply it to a nonprofit making a positive impact in the tristate area.
The Program Assistant will be based in the White Plains, NY office. Pro Bono Partnership offers a hybrid work model and a relaxed atmosphere of dedicated nonprofit professionals. Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support, including corresponding with nonprofit clients and volunteers, coordinating matters and matter closing procedure, preparing marketing materials for events, and preparing and mailing client documents to state and federal entities. Order and manage office supplies; keep office organized.
- Take pride of ownership in all NY/Fairfield County program data in Salesforce, including data entry, maintenance, and extracting data for meaningful reports.
- Answer and route Legal Resource Helpline calls and address general questions.
- Become an Account Engagement super user; create and manage email campaigns.
- Maintain and update WordPress website content related to Education.
- Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced office preferred.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment to pro bono work and the nonprofit sector are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, have strong inter-personal skills, able to handle multiple tasks, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong writing, editing, and grammatical skills, including ability to write in different styles and for multiple audiences.
- Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
We use MS Office, Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress. The successful candidate will either be fluent in these programs or possess a natural instinct for learning and exploring new software.

Work Location
New employees should plan to work in the office 2-3 days/week for the first 30-60 days, and 1-2 days/week thereafter. Some initial training could take place in our Parsippany, NJ office.
Salary and Benefits
$40 - 42,000/year. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, 403b plan, flexible spending account, and generous paid time off.
